Payment Method: We accept payment from HMOs, Private Insurance, and any third party payers with prior authorization. We also accept cash, checks as well as all major credit and debit cards for private paying customers.
Late Shows: Our drivers will give you a call upon arrival and wait for 15 minutes from your scheduled pickup time. If you're over 15 minutes late, give us a call right away so that we can schedule our next available driver.
Cancellation Policy: We request at least a 24 hour advance notice for any trip cancellations.
* Wait time rates: For round trips with drop-off locations over 25 miles from our office location in Woodbridge, VA 22193 that require over 15 minutes of wait time, a wait time rate of $30.00 per hour for wheelchair transportation or $60.00 per hour for stretcher transportation billed in 15-minute increments applies.
** Surcharge rates: For trips with pick-up addresses over 10 miles from our office location in Woodbridge, VA 22193, a surcharge rate of $2.25 per mile for each mile over 10 applies.
*** Deadhead rates: For one-way trips with the drop-off address over 20 miles from our office location in Woodbridge, VA 22193, a deadhead rate of $0.50 per mile applies.
